Home Consult

Our Home Consult is available to families living in Christchurch and the surrounding areas. It includes:

• 2-3 hour home visit in which your experienced sleep consultant will demonstrate the settling and resettling techniques designed for your baby and toddler. You will also have the opportunity to go through your sleep plan in person, and watch as we settle your little one to sleep.
• A detailed, personalised sleep plan including a daily routine, overnight plan, settling methods, nutrition and advice for your sleep environment
• 2 phone calls over the course of the 2 weeks
• Unlimited text and email support with your sleep consultant 
• One of our age guides, valued at $80
• Our routine guide, valued at $40
